Leg Aesthetics

Leg aesthetics are applied to eliminate problems such as congenital or acquired crooked legs, asymmetry, excessive thinness, or thickness. These genetic and structural problems, which cannot be solved with exercise, are permanently corrected with modern aesthetic methods applied by Op. Dr. Görkem Çalışkan. Our goal is to ensure you achieve the golden ratio and smooth symmetry in your legs.

Which Methods Are Used in Leg Aesthetics?

Op. Dr. Görkem Çalışkan determines different techniques according to the source of the problem in the legs. If there is a diameter difference or regional disproportion between the two legs, symmetry is achieved with liposuction (fat removal) and fat injection.
Stubborn excess fat in the inner knee and ankle is thinned with the laser lipolysis method. In excessively thin legs or significant crookedness, silicone leg prostheses (calf implants) are preferred to permanently increase volume.

Crooked Leg Treatment with Fat Injection

Correcting crooked legs with your own fat is an extremely natural and safe procedure. Generally, stubborn fat in the abdomen or waist area is taken and transferred to the hollow and curved areas of the legs. In this way, your legs are straightened, and your waist area is slimmed. Because the body may melt some of the transferred fat, this procedure is usually planned in two sessions to achieve the most permanent and perfect result.

How is the Recovery Process and Post-Surgery Care?

Leg aesthetic surgeries have a comfortable recovery process. You can be discharged from the hospital and return home on the same day or the day after the procedure.
When the fat transfer method is applied, Dr. Görkem Çalışkan may ask you to use a special leg corset for 1 to 3 months to support the new form of the legs. Since the procedures are performed with millimetric cannulas, there is no surgical scar left on your legs that is noticeable from the outside.
